BrandHub Return & Exchange Policy:
If you wish to return or exchange an item(s), please make sure that the item(s) are in full accordance with our Return Policy:
- Items must be sent back within 14 days of the delivery date.
- All Items must be returned in its original packaging.
The customer can return or exchange the product in following cases:
- In case of damage to the product during shipping/receiving it damaged before use. The customer can return/exchange the item without paying any additional shipping costs.
- In case the customer received a wrong item, different from the one ordered. The customer can return/exchange the item without paying any additional shipping costs.
- In case there was no damage or any issue with the product and it was typical to what was ordered, yet the customer wants to return or exchange it, the customer will pay any extra shipping costs of the product.
The customer cannot return or exchange in the following cases:
- Opening the package or any evidence that the product was used.
- Return the product not its original package.
- Return the product without its bill.
How to request return or exchange:
- Contact us via our email ([email protected]) or phone number 01097723314 within 14 days from receiving your order.
- Please provide your order number and the reason for return/exchange
- Send us a video showing the problem with your items
- Send us a picture of the airway bill you received with the order
- Once we receive the above we will process your request within 48 hours and the courier will pick up the items to return within 3-5 days.
How to receive your money in case of refund:
- All refund will be processed via Vodafone cash/Orange cash/Etisalat cash/ WE cash
- Please make sure to provide an active mobile number for any of the above electronic wallets during your refund request to receive your refund easily
- Money will be refunded within 14 days maximum.
